The only thing of note I did this weekend was to deadlift twice my body weight. I weighed 201.8 lbs. before this lift at 405 lbs. No gloves, straps, or belt, though I did use rubber grips to save what living skin is left on my hands.
I know my upper back rounded (lower back was pretty flat), but this was my 7th (!!) set because I didn’t think I was able to lift anything approaching this. If I had cut out three warmup sets, I would have had 455. Big ups to Jordan for recording.
